Let’s turn ad-hoc into
controlled
That’s where we come in.
We work alongside your team to clarify and document what your processes look like, whilst empowering staff to find solutions to bottlenecks identified.
Process review and documentation
We work with your team to review how work currently flows, look at opportunities to improve and then document procedures to provide clear standards for current and new staff.
From these, we can create short work instructions to support new learners, quick reference guides and even create videos.
Resources can be produced in other languages to ensure accessibility for CALD staff.
Checklists and troubleshooting guides
We create checklists to provide a base for the flow of work through a process. Checklists can activate next steps, assist with quality control and improvement or be used for audit control.
From here, we can incorporate a visual management system, either physical or virtual to provide quick oversight of progress and work flow.
Troubleshooting guides empower employees to find solutions to common problems quickly with less intervention from others, (a site manager’s dream)
Training
Training documents and implementation guides can be provided to support transition to new standards of work or process.
We can build you a training matrix to track the skill development of your team, promoting staff retention and development, whilst ‘growing your own’ trainers.
Have a Worksafe notice for training documents? Let us help you bring your training practices and documentation up to speed quickly so you can ensure team safety and wellbeing.
Sustainability is at our core.
We mentor and empower your staff on the ground to own the process and continue making improvements long after we have finished.
